Stop Balls (also known as Chain Stops) are small, essential plastic or metal components used to set the upper and lower limits of a manual roller shade. By clipping onto a specific bead on the chain, they prevent the shade from being overwound into the fascia or unrolled too far, which can cause the fabric to detach from the tube.
