To ensure a smooth experience when collecting your orders or visiting our facilities, please note our location policies:
Coquitlam: Our main hub for all order pickups and walk-in inquiries. No appointment is necessary during regular business hours.
Vancouver (pickup point): available strictly by appointment. We can arrange to meet you or have your orders ready for collection at our Vancouver designated point with prior scheduling.
Repairs our products
We understand that plans can change. Because installation is a service, if you need to cancel after our installer has arrived at your location, a fuel/travel fee will apply.
This ensures that our technicians’ time and travel are respected, while keeping the process fair and transparent for all our customers. We always aim to provide a smooth and positive experience, and we recommend confirming your schedule in advance to avoid any additional charges.
